About Kevin Roy

The owner and founder of The Kevin Roy Building Company. Kevin's knowledge and experience includes formal architectural training, design, carpentry and construction management. He prides himself on quality craftsmanship and an expert understanding of the many steps required to complete a project.

Kevin utilizes Chief Architect design software so the client can better understand the vision of the design in 3D format.

Kevin had the vision to create an inviting environment where clients could work together with our team to sketch beautiful spaces for their home and select the products to be used in the design, all under one roof. In 2005, Kevin formed Portfolio Luxury Kitchens. In just five years, the design studio has grown into an integral part of the construction company. In 2010, Kevin Roy Builders merged with Portfolio Luxury Kitchens to form The Kevin Roy Building Company.
